4th of JULY COCKTAIL

I'm thinking this is a good lookin' drink, yet is originally made with alcohol.

Why couldn't you go the Italian Soda route?

This is what I envision:

pour a bit of raspberry syrup in the bottom of the glass

fill gass with ice pebbles

next fill glass slowly with club soda

add blue raspberry syrup

top it off with a dollop of whipped creme

and a sparkler topped straw
